Bluebird Care Tendring successfully delivered its first Dementia Friends session at The Range, Clacton last Tuesday 10th February.

Bluebird Care Tendring successfuly delivered its first Dementia Friends session at The Range, Clacton last Tuesday 10th February.

People with dementia get by with a little help from their friends. And anybody can become a Dementia Friend. It's just about understanding a bit more about dementia and the small things you can do to help people with the condition.

Bluebird Care Tendring hope to hold further sessions at The Range, Clacton to further contribute towards the initiative's goal of one million Dementia Friends by the end of 2015.

The sessions are very informative and interactive, providing its attendees with information on the signs and symptoms of dementia and how to help those who suffer from the condition to live well.
