CareFriends App New Rewards!

Starting now - we now have six new tiers where, if your referral completes the tier, you get rewarded!  Meaning you can earn up to £315 for a successful referral!

For those who haven't heard of CareFriends - it is an app that allows to you to find, apply and share care jobs with ease!

It makes it easy, fun and rewarding for you to refer someone for a Bluebird Care position. You earn points which turn into cash if your referral achieves the new requirements which are detailed below.

Starting now - we now have six new tiers where, if your referral completes the tier, you get rewarded!  Meaning you can earn up to £315 for a successful referral!

CareFriends Rewards

You make £1 for every 1 point you earn!

1. We are now offering you the chance to earn 1 point per share for up to ten shares per month. 

2. If we receive a job application from your referral you will earn 10 points!

Until 31st December, you will earn 35 points for an application!

3. If your referral comes in for an interview you will receive 15 points!

4. If your referral attends and completes our training, you will be rewarded with another 15 points!

5. The next tier rewards you if your referral completes their first day of work with us with 125 points!

6. Finally, if your referral completes their three month probation, you will be receiving 150 points!

An additional 1 point will be added if your referral is new to care.

Meaning you can earn up to £340 for giving us a candidate that goes from a referral to a member of the Bluebird team if you refer them before the 31st December!
