Dementia Friends Session at Waitrose

Bluebird Care held a very successful Dementia Friends Session for Waitrose on Tuesday 28th March with attendees from Essex Fire Service.

We held a very successful Dementia friends session at Waitrose on Tuesday 28th March. The session was held internally for staff at Waitrose, the Essex Fire Service and CCVS who are members of Colchester Dementia Action Alliance. Robert Wallace our Dementia Champion delivered the session which looks to change people's perceptions of dementia. 

Dementia Friends Sessions are also held for members of the public at the Waitrose Cafe, our next session will be held on Friday 7th April 5pm - 6pm.
