D.I.S.C.O! We had an absolute blast at the Cadows today, with Nicola our Mental Health Nurse and Laura from RISE Essex showing everyone their best moves and getting everyone involved!
We meet once a month at Cadows to provide customers and the community an action packed few hours including, games, arts & crafts, a seated sports session from RISE and the chance to socialise in a fun and positive environment.
Thanks to all of our staff who put so much effort into making each monthly meet up a memory to cherish.
We'll see you all again at the end of February!
