Joanne
Jo was incredibly supportive to the team during a customer’s final days, going above and beyond by adjusting her usual schedule to ensure they were fully supported.
She consistently shows exceptional dedication and compassion in her daily work, truly understanding her customers and delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Ade
Ade has been consistently patient and supportive with the team, always taking the time to help others and lead by example. He was recently selected as a carer to shadow, and he has truly excelled in this role.
Ade has been fantastic with new employees, offering clear guidance and reassurance, and he has also shown great confidence and attention to detail on the paperwork side. His hard work and dedication have resulted in excellent feedback, and he is a real asset to the team.
Tammy
Tammy is friendly, calm, and consistently positive. Her approach helps create a caring and trusting environment for everyone. Although she has only been with us for a short time, it feels as though she has always been part of the team.
Tammy has settled in extremely well and has built strong, meaningful relationships with both colleagues and customers.
