Bryce - Registered Care Manager
Bryce is our highly experienced Registered Care Manager and he oversees all aspects of care delivery, ensuring we provide a safe, reliable and consistent service. He personally trains every single member of our team; initially new recruits in a classroom setting so that he can get to know each of them personally and be sure that they have what it takes to be a Bluebird. In addition, all existing care assistants receive ongoing and regular refresher and specialism training to ensure we exceed industry standards.

Alice – Business Director
Alice is the first point of contact for all our new customer enquiries. She has been with us for many years and absolutely loves what she does. She prides herself on the relationships she has with her customers, overseeing every little detail of their care and making sure everything is exactly as it should be.

Dana Recruitment Manager
Dana works tirelessly to find and recruit our hidden gems. Whilst our excellent reputation as employers means we can pick and choose, it does mean that we have a higher than average volume of enquiries. Dana works through them all, trying her absolute best to only select the real stars.

Reagan Clinical Lead
Reagan is a Registered Nurse with a background spanning acute and complex care within the NHS and luxury nursing homes. He brings a warm, person‑centred approach that blends strong clinical knowledge with genuine compassion. As the Clinical Lead at Bluebird Care Wandsworth, Putney & Battersea and Clapham & Streatham, Reagan supports customers, families, and care teams with clarity, clinical training and competency, and a steady clinical presence. He is passionate about helping people feel safe, listened to, and truly cared for in their own homes. Reagan is proud to be part of the Bluebird Care family. He works closely with GPs, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure care is coordinated, consistent, and centred around what matters most to each individual.

Sinead - Customer Services Manager
Sinead has been with us for many years and truly loves the work she does. Never too busy to pop in or call for a chat, Sinead carries out customer visits and wellness checks and develops personalised care plans. She fastidiously monitors the quality of service we deliver, working closely not only with her customers but also where needed, with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure that every customer receives the care they need and that we exceed expectations wherever possible.

Sharmaine - Customer Supervisor & Field Care Supervisor
Sharmaine takes great care of our team of care assistants, offering mentoring, support, help, advice and on the spot training where needed. She leads in a very positive way, empowering her care team to be the best they can be and ensuring that every carer feels supported, confident and part of the family. As well as ongoing support, every new care assistant receives weekly supervision for the first three months of their career journey with us, whether or not they have had previous experience. You can see why we are known to provide the gold standard of care.

Michelle - Care Coordinator
Michelle is responsible for organising and scheduling care services to ensure customers receive consistent and timely support. She manages staff rotas, helps match care assistants to customers based on individual needs and ensures all visits are covered efficiently. Although office-based, Michelle builds strong relationships with customers and care teams alike.

Gloria - Coordinator & Field Care Supervisor
Gloria plays a dual role within the team. As a Care Coordinator, she helps organise schedules, manage rotas and ensure continuity of care. She also supports care assistants through mentoring, advice and on-the-spot training. Gloria works closely with both customers and carers, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.

Mary - Care Assistant
Mary is one of our experienced Care Assistants and has been part of the team since 2013. She is passionate about her role and takes great pride in treating her customers like family, always putting their comfort and wellbeing first. “I treat my customers as my own family and they are the most important thing to me. I love my job and I’ve been working as a carer for a number of years.”

Kenisha - Care Assistant
Kenisha is one of our dedicated Care Assistants and has been part of the team since 2016. She is committed to providing hands-on, attentive care and ensuring her customers feel comfortable and well supported. “My goal each day is to be hands-on and to leave each customer’s home knowing that I’ve done a good job in taking care of them and making them comfortable. I must say that I am very happy working here. I see what Bluebird Care does for their customers and they really do take care of their needs. In turn it keeps us happy as carers as we don’t have any problems to face with disgruntled customers and our lives are made a lot easier at work. We don’t feel like lone workers, we always have a team behind us to help out.”

Colette - Care Assistant
Colette is one of our enthusiastic Care Assistants and has been part of the team since 2023. She enjoys building strong relationships with her customers and takes pride in providing friendly, attentive care. “Our customers are just so lovely and welcoming, it’s a joy to visit them. We love taking care of them and the relationships we have with them. Whatever you need, they always help. I feel very valued by them. I love working with them, they are such a great team.”

Abisola - Care Assistant
Abisola is one of our experienced Care Assistants and has been part of the team since 2019. She brings years of care experience and values being part of a supportive team that looks after both customers and staff. “I had already worked as a carer for 20 years before I joined Bluebird Care. I'd never been spoiled before so it was so lovely to attend my first ever works Christmas party just a couple of months after starting and receive a Christmas present. This company really does make such a fuss of you. They are all such nice people, they have an open-door policy and they are always so smiley and friendly. You can speak to anyone if you have a problem and they’ll always help. It gives such peace of mind that you are not alone. This company really is first class and they are such reliable employers as well as wonderful care providers!”

Lauren plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From finance, HR, training and recruitment, she supports every aspect of our business and is always ready to turn her hand to whatever is needed. With a calm disposition and a real can do attitude, she helps keep everything ticking along day to day.
