Our local hospice and it provides free specialist palliative and end of life care for people living in Lambeth as well as some neighbouring boroughs.  

They support patients from the moment of their diagnosis until the final moments of their life and the hospice itself is a truly amazing place.  

Bluebird Care Clapham & Streatham are palliative care and end of life care specialists and it is our privilege to serve those in our local community who wish to be cared for in their own homes.  We offer this support either independently or where applicable, in partnership with Royal Trinity Hospice.  Please do ask us if you would like to chat about any aspect of this service and we will give you the best advice we can

One of our directors at Bluebird care Clapham & Streatham experienced their care first hand while supporting a close friend at the end of her life, and could not speak highly enough of the compassion and dedication shown by the team at Trinity Hospice.

Whilst we understand that some people would prefer to end their days at home it is worth considering the option of hospice care too. 

For many, the initial reaction is to say they would never want to go into a hospice. However, if you are faced with this decision, we would encourage you to visit one in person, you may be pleasantly surprised by what you find.

Many hospices offer large, bright rooms overlooking beautiful gardens, along with welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces where you can sit, enjoy a cup of tea, and spend meaningful time with  the one you love. There is a warmth and calmness .

This is because they believe, as do we at Bluebird Care Clapham & Streatham, that hospice care is as much about living well as it is about end-of-life care.

Royal Trinity Hospice is committed to enabling everyone  to make the most of every moment, providing the time and guidance required to make informed decisions about end-of-life care.

Their services extend beyond bereavement, offering specialist emotional and practical support to those close to them, irrespective of age.
