Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum receive excellent results in CQC inspection

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our inspection in October.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our inspection in October.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum received an overall rating of Good, with the inspection taking place on 25th and 31st October 2016.  The services were rated ‘Good’ in all 5 areas; being safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. 

Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their comments on what it is like to receive a service from us, and what it is like to work for us. Here is just some of the lovely feedback we received from our customers;
 
I get a rota and have no issues with the Good 7 Bluebird Care (Chiltern & Dacorum) Inspection report 13 February 2017 timekeeping. If there is a change I'm usually informed and I've had no missed calls..
Yes. care staff are] very well trained definitely. It is an excellent company.
They are kind, I don't feel uncomfortable with them and they are very polite.
I would recommend them.
