At Bluebird Care (Chesterfield & North East Derbyshire), dementia support forms an important part of the care we provide every day. That is why we were incredibly proud to see one of our team members, Jenni, take part in an Alzheimer's Society walk to help raise awareness and support for people affected by dementia.
Dementia affects millions of people across the UK, impacting not only those living with the condition but also their families, friends and carers. Events organised by the Alzheimer's Society help to raise important funds, provide education and increase understanding of the challenges faced by those living with dementia.
Jenni's commitment to supporting this cause demonstrates the compassion and dedication that our care teams bring to their roles every day. We are proud to have colleagues who are passionate about improving the lives of others both within and beyond the workplace.
