Bluebird Care's Care Awards 2026 celebrated individuals from across multiple service areas who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, professionalism and compassion throughout the year.
The awards recognised colleagues working within palliative care, domiciliary care, complex care, night services and customer-nominated categories. Each recipient was acknowledged for consistently delivering exceptional support and making a meaningful difference to the lives of the people they care for.
Many of the nominations highlighted carers who regularly go above and beyond, supporting customers during difficult circumstances, mentoring new members of staff and ensuring people receive the highest possible standard of care.
The awards also recognised those who embody the core values of Bluebird Care through kindness, dependability, resilience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
