We recently held our quartely Team Awards and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the winners.

Ella Picken (pictured left below) was given an award for being the longest serving carer for 4 years. The feedback from customers and colleagues has been very positive. Ella was overwhelmed by the award as she didn't expect it. Ella said;
 
 
Carer Kasia Gasparic (above right) has worked with Bluebird Care since January 2016. Kasia had never worked in care before but after attending training and shadowing she quickly became a "natural carer". Her caring nature and attention to detail  has been highlighted by many of our customers. Kasia was also given the star award.
 
Well done to both!!
 
Paula Jones (below) is one of our live-in carers. Paula had never worked as a Live-in carer before. She has worked with Bluebird Care since the beginning of the year. Paula works one week on and one week off. Paula said;
