The team at Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Chester would like to congratulate all the winners at our quartely Team Awards last week. The awards are given every 3 months and the Gold Star award once a year.Speaking after the awards, Care Manager Lorraine Kingham said;
As the manager I am very proud of the achievements of the staff. I believe "if we look after our staff they look after our customers". Our waiting list of customers is proof of what a great job they do!! So a little pat on the back is deserved by all. Well done team Bluebird CWAC.
This year's Gold Star Award goes to Karolina Ambrozevicute. This is our Fantastic Feedback Award (FFA). Karolina won this for 100% attendance and feedback and she was shocked to receive this award.
