The dynamic duo!

CELEBRATING 5 YEARS TOGETHER We are so privileged to have these two superstars as part of our team over the last 5 years. 

In order to mark this occasion we celebrated by presenting them both with a certificate, 5 year long service badge, bonus points and card written by the directors with words of thanks.  Both Jessica and Nerys started as Care Assistants, one in Cheshire West and one in Flintshire. During their time with us we noticed how very good they were in their roles and how passionate they were about delivering the highest quality of care possible.  Due to this they were promoted and now manage all the packages of care that we deliver.  They are certainly a dynamic duo and we are immensely proud to have them in our Bluebird Care family!

Jess has just completed her Level 3 in Health and Social Care and having a little break before commencing her next qualification.  Her ambition is to become a Registered Manager!

Nerys is our Deputy Manager and takes on the responsibilities when the Registered Manager is not available.  She has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Here at Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire we really look after all our team and make sure they know how valuable they are.  Without such a great team we would not be able top support the most vulnerable in our community.
