Christmas Celebrations

Celebrating Christmas in a different way this year but still bringing smiles to the people we support.

This year we have seen many changes across the country where we have had to adapt to a new way of living both in our personal lives and our working lives.  Thankfully for us here at Bluebird Care we have had the priveledge to continue to keep our customers safe by delivering outstanding care throughout.

We have followed all guidelines to ensure that impecable standards of Infection Prevention and Control have been at the forefront for each and every care call we have delivered.  Our dedicated team of care staff have worked exceptionally hard to maintain those high standards and keep our customers safe in their own homes, feeling reassured and confident that they are well cared for. 

The office team have been busy ensuring all the calls were in place over the Christmas and New Year period and adding some additional ones where families were unable to travel to visit their loved ones.  

This year we took gifts out to all our customers along with a cracker on Christmas day which brought smiles to their faces.  The carers were given lovely personalised prints with words that describe them and the wonderful work they do.

One carer said: 

'I have been with Bluebird Care for only a year and worked for other large coorporate companies in the past, but this gift is the most thoughtful gift I have ever received, thank you.'

A customer said:

'I am so grateful for the care that I receive and it is a lovely touch that you have sent me a Christmas Card, cracker and gift.  Thank you to all at Bluebird Care for keeping me safe and happy.'
