Long Service Awards

Celebrating carers, both Justine and Rachel, as they have been part of our team for 1 year. They both show true dedication to their roles and demonstrate compassion on a daily basis. Here's to many more years to come!

We are lucky to have such a great team of carers who are dedicated to their roles and care passionately about the people they care for!  Over the next few weeks we are celebrating those carers who have been with us for 1, 3 or 5 years so keep a look out.  Today we surprised both Justine and Rachel with a gift for their 1 year award.  Here's to them being part of our team for many years to come.  

Our carers attended their team meeting today to catch up on new regulations and to share good practice.  These meeting are a great way to get our dedicated team together on a regular basis and offer support where it is needed.  



So a great big thank you to our fabulous carers Justine and Rachel for their continued support and to all our team who deliver quality care.
