We can't say a bad word about Bluebird Care. I was a bit of a mess before they came along 5 years ago to provide excellent support for Mum, which in turn has really helped me. Thank you.
All the carers who come to support my husband are all so nice, we both really appreciate them coming to see us. They provide excellent care for my husband.
All the carers are very good but Carer G stands out as she is fantastic and very gentle with me. She knows my routine which is great. Bluebird Care is the best care company I have ever had. I have had them for over 18 months now and I am so happy.
I would like to specifically compliment Carer J and Carer K as they are excellent carers. They are very friendly, always listen to me and always ask if there is anything else they can do for me before leaving. Thank you so much.
I just wanted to say how well I think new Carer L is doing. I met customer E for the first time tonight with Carer L, she already has such a good rapport with her and E’s face lit up a few times during the visit and had a real twinkle in her eyes because of how Carer L was interacting with her, she put 100% effort in, I honestly think she really cheered E up.
My brother and I want to say thank you very much for the excellent care that you and your carers have provided for my mother over the past three years, enabling her to stay in her own home and be semi-independent. We will always be to you grateful for that.
The young lady who comes to support my husband is very thorough and has a lovely way with him, he responds so well to her. She is such a lovely and polite young lady.
