Bluebird Care has been looking after my husband now for almost three years. At first, everything was new to us and at times, very trying, but with the care and determination of the carers, things have become so much easier. They have become part of our family and they help and support not only my husband, but myself too.
Bluebird has now provided care for my mother for over five years. Initially, care was provided for only a few days each week to assist my mother when showering. As my mother's mobility decreased, the care package was increased to help her with dressing in the mornings. Over the last month, the package has again been increased to twice daily visits in order that my mother is accompanied when dressing in the morning and undressing prior to bed. At all times the carers have been great with my mother, they take time with her and are happy to engage in conversation. In addition, I would also like to acknowledge the staff in the office, they are always happy to help in accomodating our requirements as well as offering help and guidance when situations have demanded. As such, I would have no hesitation in recommending, to anyone, the services Bluebird Care can provide.
