All the carers are great, if they see anything that needs doing they just do it. The office team are very responsive and go out of their way to help.
We cannot fault any of the services we have received. My father has had live in care for a couple of years now and it provides us with the reassurance and peace of mind. We feel confident that our father is getting the best care which meets his needs. Thank you for the management team who ensure that we have a really good, tight team which gives great continuity for our father.
