My mum has been receiving care from Bluebird Care for a couple of years now and it has been invaluable in ensuring she is cared for and maintains her independence at home. The regular reviews are also a key part of ensuring her needs are continually reassessed and the care plan adjusted as appropriate. The staff are attentive and support my mum fully with her needs. Great work Bluebird Care, highly recommend your services.
Working with Bluebird Care has been incredibly easy, and means that I can stop worrying about my father's situation. They were recommended as the best, and have proved themselves to be just that. The onboarding was fast and easy, and my father very quickly got used to the team. He now loves the visits. I am also especially impressed when the situation arose where we may have needed much more care for him, and although not ultimately needed, could have been set up so quickly and without any stress.
I have only been receiving care for a week so far and the office team have checked in on me to make sure that I am happy. I can honestly say all the carers are lovely and am extremely pleased with the care they are providing.
