Meet the team
Bluebird Care (CW&C) was established by Simon Robinson in 2010 with the goal of providing quality home care in peoples own homes.
Simon's background in customer service management for retailers and banks has driven his desire to ensure that Bluebird Care (CW&C)'s service, no matter how challenging, works constantly to meet the customers needs and expectations.
My motivation to pursue a career in home care came from personal experience and the belief that I, along with my experienced team, could provide a valued service to our local community.
From its beginning Bluebird Care (CW&C) has grown continually with more customers requesting care from us year on year and we believe that this is as a result of our person centred approach to supporting our customers maintain an independent life in the comfort of their own homes.
Our innovational approach led to us being mentioned in the Prime Ministers 1st report on dementia, where our intervention resulted in positive experiences for our customer and her family.
I have always been driven by, and encouraged my team to adopt 4 key principles when focusing on building care packages for our customers. These principles are Quality, Service, Value and Trust and I believe that by adopting these principles our ability to provide a robust care service has continually strengthened.
Bluebird Care (CW&C)'s services have grown and we are regularly requested to provide care for elderly customers, supporting learning disabilities and customers with physical disabilities. We are currently working along side private customers, Age UK, Cheshire West and Flintshire Social Services, Child and Adult Mental Health teams, insurance providers and local hospices.
