ird Care Cheshire East in June 2016 and in his short time with us to date he has been making impressions on all of his customers with his calm style and very caring approach to every situation. Wayne is currently completing his care certificate training and is also considering embarking on a QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care afterwards.
The award was triggered by Wayne’s customer, MR JG, who called the office personally to tell us that Wayne “is so good, he deserves a bottle of champagne!”
We are happy to have Wayne on board and these well deserved comments reflect the quality of care which is expected from all of our dedicated care assistants.
