It was a double celebration in the office! Not only did we hold our annual internal care awards which acknowledge the excellent work of our staff, but we also received our CQC inspection which clearly indicates the quality of the service we operate.

Having spoken directly with our customers, the inspectors received positive comments about our carers;

We awarded our valued workers with the Dignity in Care Award, Excellence in Dementia Care Award, Best Newcomer Award, Putting People First Award amongst others. The coveted Carer of the Year Award was won for the second year running by carer Jane French!
