Your calls make a great difference to mum’s life. She always speaks of the “ladies in blue” affectionately and how she enjoys the chat and the company. I was there one day when Bluebird came, and I was so impressed with how their experience enabled them to work with mum  so well, calming or cheering, depending on her mood.

I always check the diary and was very touched by the note about “waltzing round the kitchen”! I thought it was wonderful that somebody cared enough to match the mood and join in her fun, thanks!

Lynn and Tonia are both the most superb carers. They are very kind, always very positive, and make Val feel safe and happy. After a difficult winter last year he has responded so well to the continuity of care that they both provide. He is physically so well cared for and is always comfortable. They deal rapidly with any changes in his health, and contact the district nurse or GP when necessary, and manage his colostomy supplies and medication. They cook wonderful nutritious meals which he greatly enjoys; they provide him with every possible opportunity to exercise, and he loves sitting outside with them whenever the sun comes out.
 
Having Lynn and Tonia means I can be completely confident that Val’s needs are being met, which allows me to work and go away from time to time, without concerns for his wellbeing.
