You have the right to live as well as possible, to manage your symptoms and to uphold your dignity. Many people choose to remain in the comfort of their own homes with familiar settings which is why local, award winning care provider, Bluebird Care has launched a new End of Life Care service.
 
This service provides domiciliary care, helping people maintain a high quality of life and to stay as independent as possible in their own homes.
