Bluebird Care Bicester, Banbury & Kidlington is a family run business dedicated to providing our local community with the highest possible level of care enabling people to stay at home surrounded by family and familiar possessions.
We offer tailor made packages to every individual depending on their support needs and always go the extra mile to make sure that every one of our customer’s feel valued, encompassing a real sense of what is important to them.
So what makes us different? We like to think it’s the little things, care delivered by individuals who possess genuine empathy and compassion and enjoy meeting new people supported by a dedicated office team who share our vision, passion and commitment to make a real difference in the local community.
We are extremely proud of our committed team of carers who come from all walks of life but are brought together by their shared desire to deliver the highest level of care for the people they support. They have all undergone a vigorous selection process followed by an intensive and ongoing training program to ensure that they really understand and can adapt to our customer’s varying needs.

I would like to say a big thank you for allowing me to be part of the Bluebird Care family back in 2012. It was my first real job after passing my driving test and that was a real stepping stone for me. Now, as an accomplished social worker and a mother to a 7 month old baby, I am reflecting on the past and realise how everything worked out for the best for my career.
