Macmillan Fundraiser

On Thursday 6th October Bluebird Care Carlisle held a coffee morning, cake sale and raffle in aid of MacMillan Cancer Care and raised an amazing £405.

Our Macmillan fundraising event was held over two days. The first day was a coffee morning which took place in Botcherby Community Centre and was attended by some of our carers and members of the public, The selection of delicious cakes was amazing due to the kindness and generousity of staff and friends of Bluebird Care. The next day we held a bake sale in our office and invited all local businesses. We were overwhelmed by the generousity of our business neighbours and made some new friends. The raffle was popular with some excellent prizes and the draw took place via facebook live. A huge thank you to anyone who attended and donated.
