The event was co-hosted in proud partnership with ourselves and Uniek Residential, as we are both deeply committed to supporting older people in our community.
Dressed to impress, the special event brought together community leaders, local businesses, carers, and friends that all have the shared mission to end the social isolation and support older adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, ensuring they can access the essential services that they need.
And what a success it was! Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, the gala raised over £10,000!
This is such an amazing achievement that will go directly towards supporting older people in the community.
The evening itself was filled with joy and celebration. Guests enjoyed a gourmet three-course meal, DJ entertainment, and the charity raffle and auctions, which featured a fantastic range of prizes generously donated by local businesses and supporters.
At Bluebird Care Cardiff and the Vale, we are incredibly proud to stand alongside Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale as ambassadors and partners. Our shared mission is rooted in compassion and respect for older people, and we can’t wait to work with them on more events in the future.
