We are always very pleased and proud to receive positive feedback from our customers and their families. We would like to share with you a recent email that was sent to our Registered Manager.

Hello Frances,

Kurtis has been an amazing understanding, prompt and communicative member of Bluebird. All of you you at Bluebird have worked hard for the support to Mum and Dad, which our family is much in appreciation to all of you.

I will be sending a more formal compliment of Bluebird Care regarding the carers that were last with Mum (Abbie, Kathleen, Natalie, Annie, Becky), also an update on Dad and Mum.

Thank you Frances for all your help and advise to me along this journey.
