On Wednesday 6th April, George Morris, Director of Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead was invited by Camden Carers Service to contribute to their strategic direction.
On Wednesday 6th April, George Morris, Director of Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead was invited by Camden Carers Service to contribute to their strategic direction.George was invited along with other key partners and stakeholders to discuss what support was needed to help carers in the Camden community and to also find out if they were managing to reach all carers in the area.
Attendees were asked to work in small groups to work on the following:
- Identifying good practice
- Identifying gaps or seldom heard groups
- Thinking about emerging trends
- Clarifying your expectations
- Consideration of how you can work with us
It was a pleasure to be invited along to this session. Myself, the other attendees and most importantly Camden Carers got a lot out of it. We all have a common goal to make sure that carers in our community are well supported so to have the opportunity to provide input from a service provider level was great.”
