A couple of our staff have been celebrating this month!
Well done to Joanne Bowman and Danni Durrant!
Joanne Bowman, our Deputy Manager for Cambridge has celebrated her 4th year with us. Jo was the Care Coordinator for Cambridge last year when we took over the Cambridge franchise. Jo was eager to progress, showing great efforts and commitment in integrating the Cambridge franchise and team with us at Ely. Over the last year Jo has progressed to Deputy Manager and has successfully implemented lots of strategies whilst ensuring that her customers remain very happy with the service.
We are so proud of you Jo, well done!
Danni Durrant, our Coordinating Director, celebrated her 3rd year with us. In the last 3 years Danni has gone from strength to strength, achieving her Level 5 NVQ in leadership and management, becoming Lead Coordinator and last year then being promoted to Coordinating Director.

I am immensely proud of Danni and what she has achieved in the last 3 years. Our careers programme is a passion of mine and I really look forward to mentoring and watching people embrace the opportunity that we offer. Danni has shown great commitment and hard work, being totally immersed in the business and embracing the challenge. I look forward to seeing her career continue to grow with us
