Care Assistant of the Month award AND Probation Pass for Pamela Bambot!
Pamela Bambot, one of our Live-In Team members is celebrating passing her probationary and becoming a fully qualified Live-In team care assistant.
Also, Pamela has achieved care assistant of the month for April in our Cambridge office. Pamela has shown great commitment throughout this time, keeping her customers safe and well. working consistently especially in these challenging times. Pamela has developed a great working relationship with the senior support team and communicates extremely well. Fantastic!
I feel so proud to have achieved care assistant of the month and I wanted to thank the management team for the support I have received! I am overjoyed to pass my probation and can't wait for the future.
