We invite you to join us at A FREE EVENT for Carers and their loved ones on Friday 22 Mar 2019. The Event, "Caring Together", is hosted by Bluebird Care Calderdale, Calderdale Carers, Age UK C&K and Memory Lane Cafe.
The event will be held at Age UK C&K, 14-16 Hall Street, Ground Floor, Rimani House, Halifax, HX1 5BD.
