Bluebird Care Calderdale is raising awarenenss for Rheumatoid Arthritis this week.

The focus this year is to make people aware about the realities of living with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Please visit the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society Website for more information on how you can contribute, raise funds or get people talking to spread the word or just wearing the wrist bands.
