Dementia Carers Count offer free services for carers include face-to-face and online courses that give you the opportunity to learn and connect with other carers. You can also develop strategies, skills and build confidence to navigate the highs and lows of caring for those with dementia.

You will learn how to make life manageable and maintain your own health and well-being, which is vital in being able to support those with dementia.
