Q: What happens if the carer notices something concerning? Will I be told immediately or will I find out three days later?

A: Our carers log health and wellbeing - including mood, food intake, and mobility – during every visit to a client. They are trained to spot changes and patterns. If there are changes, they will then contact our care managers, who in turn will contact you and medical professionals immediately. In addition, all our clients benefit from a six-monthly health and wellbeing check called "Bluebird Care Assist", which is also used by the NHS and helps support our care for individuals, whilst allowing healthcare professionals to respond swiftly to changes in someone’s health.
