I am writing to say thank you to you and all the Bluebird carers who looked after M over the last few years. We appreciated all you did for her. I don't know all the names of all the carers she had but I would like to thank them all for their kindness and care, and the managers for their input too.

We wanted to thank you for everything you have done for my Mum. Without your help and support she wouldn't have been able to stay at home, which was so important to her.

Mum had her favourites and loved a good chat and a gossip - we felt like we knew everything about you. A massive thank you to A and L who helped that morning - we take comfort knowing she wasn't alone when it happened.

I heard an appeal on TV for docations for help to pay for PPE equipment for carers so rather than give to that appeal I would like to give to yourselves as you are my care provider which I appreciate the care you give me, hope this helps a little.

My mother came out of hospital for palliative care on a Monday afternoon and died the following Tuesday. During all this time I felt the two carers that came each time treated Mum with dignity and did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable in bed. Two carers were with Mum and me when she passed. They gave me as much comfort as they could subject to Covid restrictions and offered to come back after they had finished their shift. The only slight problem was they came at different times every morning. I only found out if I asked.

I have now spent 13 weeks in isolation (shielded) and could not have managed without the help of Bluebird Care. I was frustrated trying to get a 'slot' at supermarkets and to know someone would collect my list, done shopping, and put it in the lift for me to take out has made life a little more bearable each Wednesday. I have had this done with just one hour of payment. The girl who comes to me is delightful, happy, and willing. Thank you!
