Continuous Professional Development

Michelle, our Mentor in the Caerphilly and Merthyr area has completed her Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Michelle recently completed her QCF Level 2 in health and Social Care. We believe in developing our teams and work closely with Torfaen Training to support further learning for our teams with accredited qualifications. A bespoke learning plan is developed with our team members which focuses on their skills and experience and fits with the needs and aspirations of our customers.
