Rick Parekh - Director
Rick Parekh leads Bluebird Care with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality care. Since joining in 2016, Rick has been dedicated to ensuring the continued growth of the business while maintaining the highest standards in services such as bespoke live-in care, enabling customers to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. With a background in business management and strategic leadership, Rick brings extensive expertise and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the care sector. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence have solidified Bluebird Care’s reputation as one of the leading providers of domiciliary and live-in care throughout Staffordshire.

Victoria Jones - Registered Care Manager
Vicki began her career with the care sector in 2007 as a Domiciliary Care Worker. During this time she has accomplished her NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 in Health & Social Care aswell as a Level 4 PTTLS qualification which has provided her with necessary teaching skills, allowing her to deliver a variety of training sessions. In February 2012 Vicki accepted a Care Supervisors position with Bluebird Care and in May 2012 she underwent her fit persons interview with the Care Quality Commission and became the Registered Care Manager.

Dee Parekh - Finance Manager
Dee Parekh brings a wealth of expertise in accounts and finance to her role as Finance Manager at Bluebird Care. With a strong background in financial management, Dee is at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth handling of all things financial. In her role, Dee oversees the business's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficiency. She manages payroll and invoicing with precision, ensuring that our team and partners are always supported. Dee also liaises with Local Authorities and private care commissioners to secure care funding, playing a pivotal role in enabling us to deliver high-quality care to our customers. Dee's dedication and meticulous approach to financial management are vital to the success of Bluebird Care, allowing us to focus on what we do best—providing outstanding care to those who need it most.
Meet our Supervisors & Co-ordination Team

Rachel Banford - Care Co-ordinator
Rachel joined Bluebird Care in 2020 as a Care Assistant and quickly demonstrated her dedication and potential, earning a promotion to Care Mentor in 2022. Committed to her professional growth, Rachel successfully completed her Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care and is now working towards her Level 3 qualification. In January 2024, Rachel was promoted to Field Care Supervisor. In this role, she excels in supporting and mentoring both new and existing staff members while also handling customer queries and coordinating customer and carer rotas to ensure seamless service delivery. To further enhance her expertise, Rachel completed the Train the Trainer program, enabling her to deliver training in Medication and Manual Handling. She also conducts competency assessments in the field, ensuring our team consistently upholds the highest standards of care for our customers. Rachel’s dedication to quality, her organisational skills, and her passion for supporting both colleagues and customers make her an invaluable member of the Bluebird Care team.

Keri Adcock - Care Supervisor
Keri has been a valued member of our team since 2018, bringing dedication, compassion, and professionalism to everything she does. Starting her journey with us as a Care Assistant, Keri quickly demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting both customers and colleagues alike. Her drive and reliability saw her progress to the role of Senior Care Assistant, where she continued to grow her skills and leadership abilities. In October 2025, Keri was promoted to Care Supervisor, a role in which she now plays a vital part in overseeing the quality and consistency of the care we provide. She is responsible for managing customer care plans and conducting regular reviews, ensuring that every individual we support receives person-centred care tailored to their needs. Keri’s dedication to continuous improvement and her proactive approach make her an essential member of our team. Her experience across multiple roles gives her a deep understanding of both our clients’ needs and the day-to-day challenges faced by our care staff. Keri is not only a key team player but also a trusted point of support for both colleagues and the individuals in our care.

Jasmine Eagle - Care Supervisor
Jasmine Eagle joined Bluebird Care in February 2025 as a Care Assistant and quickly made a positive impression through her dedication, professionalism and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. Thanks to her commitment and consistently high standards, Jasmine was promoted to Field Care Supervisor in November 2025. In her role, she carries out customer assessments and develops bespoke, person-centred care plans and risk assessments, ensuring each individual receives tailored support that enables them to achieve their desired outcomes. Jasmine has a gentle and naturally caring nature, which shines through in her work with both customers and colleagues. She takes the time to truly understand the people she supports, helping to build trust, confidence and meaningful relationships.

Jodie Smith - Care Supervisor
Jodie first joined Bluebird Care in 2014 as a Care Assistant and quickly demonstrated her dedication and natural leadership skills. Over the years, she progressed through the roles of Senior Care Assistant and Care Supervisor before stepping into the position of Deputy Care Manager. Her journey through the organisation has given her invaluable insight into every stage of care delivery and a deep understanding of what high-quality support looks like in practice. In 2023, Jodie welcomed her son prematurely and made the decision to take time away from work to focus on her family. After a three-year break devoted to motherhood, we are absolutely thrilled to have her return to the team in February 2026. Jodie holds a Level 5 qualification and brings with her extensive knowledge across all office-based roles. Her experience, compassion and commitment to excellence make her a fantastic support to both our care team and the people we support. We are so pleased to have Jodie back with us and look forward to the continued positive impact she will make as Field Care Supervisor.

Louise Hawksworth - Staff Development & Engagement Lead
Louise Hawksworth is a dedicated and passionate member of the Bluebird Care team, with a wealth of experience in both domiciliary and residential care settings since beginning her career in the care sector in 2015. Louise first joined Bluebird Care in 2018 as a Care Assistant, quickly showcasing her skills, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality care. Her passion for learning and development led to her promotion to Care Coordinator in 2020, followed by a role as Field Care Supervisor, where she continued to demonstrate her leadership and dedication to both staff and customers. With our support, Louise successfully completed her Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care and has undertaken training to become a qualified Mental Health First Aider further equipping her to provide essential support to our care team. Louise now holds the position of Staff Development & Engagement Lead, a role in which she supports staff across our multiple teams. Her responsibilities include overseeing all staff training, supporting marketing and social media, coordinating customer coffee mornings, and leading initiatives through our staff and customer engagement committee. As our Dementia Champion, Louise continues to be a vital resource for both staff and customers. She brings a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to promoting dementia awareness and ensuring individuals living with dementia receive the highest level of understanding and support. Louise’s journey is a fantastic example of progression within Bluebird Care, and she remains a valued leader and advocate for staff development and customer engagement.

Shay Parekh - Business Support
Shay Parekh is a dynamic member of the Bluebird Care team, bringing creativity and precision to his role in Business Support. With a multifaceted skill set, Shay handles social media, marketing, and website design, ensuring that our brand remains engaging and accessible to our audience, reflecting our premium service. Beyond his creative contributions, Shay provides valuable support in analysing reports and data, leveraging his keen eye for detail. He also assists in managing correspondence, ensuring smooth communication across the business, and plays an integral role in supporting our financial operations. Shay’s versatility and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the Bluebird Care team, helping us maintain a strong, professional presence both online and in our day-to-day operations.

Kathryn Heath - Office Administrator
Kath plays a pivotal role within the business, seamlessly managing customer inquiries, conducting audits, and overseeing invoicing. Since joining Bluebird Care in 2013 as a Business Administrator, she has embraced a diverse range of responsibilities with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Her role extends to supporting the team with quality compliance, auditing, planning events, spearheading fundraising initiatives, and conducting robust recruitment checks to ensure we recruit the best people for our team. Kath’s dedication and versatile skill set have made her an invaluable resource and the go-to person in our office, consistently contributing to the smooth running and success of the business.
