In November 2025, we conducted our annual Employee & Customer Satisfaction Survey at Bluebird Care Burton & Swadlincote. We are proud to share the positive feedback from our dedicated team.

Employee Survey Highlights:

  • 100% of staff say they enjoy their role as a Care Assistant
  • 100% of staff feel the training provided is adequate
  • 100% say office staff are polite and treat them with respect.
