Shabir Hussain

Nadya Parveen
Nadya Parveen is the Registered Manager at Bluebird Care Burnley & Pendle, bringing a unique blend of professional experience and personal passion to her role. An ex-police officer, Nadya developed strong skills in safeguarding, leadership, and community service before moving into the care sector. She also worked in Brussels as a Case Manager for a Member of the European Parliament, where she developed her expertise in managing complex cases and advocating for people’s needs at the highest level. Her decision to move into care was driven by a deep passion for helping people and making a difference in their daily lives. Nadya believes in going above and beyond for both customers and carers, ensuring that everyone receives gold-standard, person-centred support. She is known for her approachable nature, her ability to bring banter and a touch of cheekiness into her work, and for creating a warm, positive environment where dignity and independence are always respected. Outside of work, Nadya enjoys holidays and exploring new places. At home, she is kept busy by Mario, her mischievous British Shorthair cat who drives her potty but brings endless joy. She is passionate about food and openly admits to having a love-hate relationship with the gym — something her clients know well and often share a laugh about.
Diane Holdsworth
Diane has a huge amount of experience of providing care and as our Registered Care Manager she has a range of qualifications she draws on for her work, including Train The Trainer, Infection Prevention, Safeguarding, Medication and Moving & Handling. When she isn’t working, Diane loves playing Bingo, walking in the country, socialising, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves holidays abroad, where she often visits ancient archaeological sites.
