Congratulations to Adrian Iancu who has been chosen as our Care Worker of the Year!
“Outstanding” Adrian Iancu has been named as our Care Worker of the Year!Adrian scooped the coveted award from the Summers Road care at home provider because of his caring, compassionate approach and willingness to always “go the extra mile”
Adrian has helped to care for Burnham resident Raymond Rosser since October 2014, His wife, and main carer, Carol, said:
Adrian is a very caring person, he picks up on all the little things about my husband, and should he notice anything that concerns him, he always tells me and he will monitor the situation closely. His standard of care for Raymond is very high indeed, and Raymond very much likes him also.”

Adrian joined the company in October 2014 from his native Romania. Although he had no direct experience as a carer, for over 12 years he worked as a pharmacy assistant in a hospital.“His level of care is outstanding and he is mature, responsible and is always looking for ways that he can positively help and make a difference, whatever the challenges he faces. Adrian fully deserves this recognition and we are delighted that he has made such a terrific impact in his time with us.”
