Care Assistant of the Year - Winner Announced

We're delighted to announce that Kasia Kaczmarczyk has today been crowned as Bluebird Care Burnham, Gerrards Cross & High Wycombe's Care Assistant of the Year 2022! 

Huge congratulations to Kasia, who is adored by her customers, brings joy, smiles and care wherever she goes, and has a really bright career ahead of her. 

To decide on our winner, we compiled a shortlist from our outstanding team, who over the past year have provided incredible support and stood out as the best in care. The whole team then voted for their Care Assistant of the Year, meaning this is very special recognition!
