Bluebird Care nominated for Care Employer of the Year

Bluebird Care is excited to announce we've made the final shortlist for "Care Employer of the Year" at the Great British Care Awards (South East region)!
We will now be put forward to an awards ceremony at The Hilton, Brighton on Friday 18th November, with the winner of the South East region then put forward into the national final.
The criteria for making the final includes:
- A track record of delivering quality care
- Strong, innovative leadership
- Consistently demonstrating best practice
- Industry leading supervision, appraisal, CPD and training programmes
- Creative learning environment
- Person-centred care and support
- Commitment to dignity and privacy for customers
- Care staff participation in the development of the service
- Championing a caring culture
We are incredibly proud to receive this nomination, as it's very much a reflection of all the hard work and dedication from our entire care team.
