Bluebird Care wins top industry accolade

Burnham based Bluebird Care, part of the UK's leading home care network, have won the country's top accolade in franchising. Following a rigorous judging process Bluebird Care were awarded Gold at this year’s bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards. The awards, held at the International Conference Centre in Birmingham, played host to 32 finalists across 11 categories. To win the Franchisor of the Year award, Fiona Williams, director of operations for Bluebird Care, demonstrated to a panel of judges the company’s excellent support to employees, strong company culture, leadership in innovation and commitment to franchising ethics.

Following a rigorous judging process Bluebird Care were awarded Gold at this year’s bfa HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards.

To win the Franchisor of the Year award, Fiona Williams, director of operations for Bluebird Care, demonstrated to a panel of judges the company’s excellent support to employees, strong company culture, leadership in innovation and commitment to franchising ethics. 

In the last year Bluebird Care have developed new technologies within the care sector and created a number of new initiatives, raised awareness of industry related issues and ensure that franchisees and their care teams are recognised for their dedication, hard work and commitment through their Franchise of the Year Awards and Bluebird Care Awards respectively.
