That’s why everyone at Bluebird Care Bromley is so proud to see Sharon Kelly named as a finalist in the Dementia Community Care Worker Award at the Dementia Care Awards 2026.

The awards celebrate the people making a real difference to the lives of those living with dementia and the families around them. They recognise the everyday support that helps people continue living life in the way that feels right for them, surrounded by the people, routines and memories they know best.

Across Bromley, Sharon has supported customers and families with warmth, patience and genuine understanding. Whether offering reassurance during challenging moments or helping someone continue enjoying life at home, she brings kindness and consistency to every visit.

For families living with dementia, those small moments matter enormously. And it’s that thoughtful, personal support that makes this recognition so special.

The Dementia Care Awards ceremony will take place on 24 June 2026 at the Hilton Bankside in London, bringing together people from across the care sector to celebrate the incredible work happening every day in dementia care.

To be recognised at a national level is a wonderful achievement, and everyone at Bluebird Care Bromley will be cheering Sharon on.
