This week we received a letter from Hannah Scaife from South Gloucestershire Council, and from Matt Hancock from the Department of Health & Social Care!
We really appreciate when our Carers are recognised for the hardwork they do, and sometimes even though we as a company ensure that our Carers feel recognised, listened to and supported, it can really boost morale when we recieve letters like the above from Government or Local Councils.
We want to say the following to our team members:
- Thank you for working endlessy during these times, those who have picked up extra hours to ensure their customers recieve the high standard of care we pride ourselves with.
- Thank you for never giving up and supporting eachother while out working and personally.
- Thank you to those who have been picking up extra essentials delivering to our customers in a safe way, to ensure they aren't making unecessary journeys.
- Thank you for keeping spirits high, providing laughter and putting others at ease during a time that has left many anxious and wondering what the future holds.
- Thank you for being on the front line and assisting us with getting those in hospital home to relieve the pressures of the hospitals, and to help those wishing to live independently again, do so.
- Thank you for your maintained dedication and compassion that we see from you each and every day, this has never once faultered.
- Thank you for your patience and your adaptability during these constantly changing time.
To all the care workers out there, we are thankful for everything that you do. You make not only us, but the whole of the UK proud!
