Our Care Assistant David witnessed a lovely gesture while out on shift. We thought it was so lovely, we would share it with everyone!

As a Care Assistant you can see a large variety of people every day, be this the customers you are caring for, the other Care Assistants you are working with, or the members of the public. You usually don't have too much interaction with the latter as you are very busy with your day.

David, one of our Care Assistants, was out and about during his shift, travelling between his customer's homes when he witnessed a really lovely gesture. A member of the public saluted him as he walked by, this left David feeling very touched, and he shared this with the rest of our team.

We absolutely loved the idea of showing our appreciation for eachother and other Key Workers during this challenging period of time, so we decided to get everyone involved, and it is safe to say we had a lovely response - as you can see!

We want to take a moment to thank everyone who are working as Key Workers during Covid - 19, and also those who are isolating to ensure that they are protecting themselves and others. We are working as hard as we can to ensure our Carers are remaing safe while they work, we look after them so they can look after our customers.
