Welcome Dr Tom Moore and Dr James Gough to Bluebird Care Wiltshire North

We are delighted to welcome Dr Tom Moore and Dr James Gough as the new Directors of Bluebird Care Wiltshire North.
Both Tom and James grew up in Wiltshire and share a strong connection to the local community they now proudly serve. As experienced local GPs, they bring extensive clinical expertise alongside a deep understanding of the important role high-quality home care plays in supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Dr Tom Moore brings more than 15 years of NHS experience, shaped through years of caring for patients in their own homes. Through this work, he has seen first-hand the life-changing difference that compassionate, reliable care can make — not only for individuals, but also for the families who support them.
Dr James Gough, a local GP partner and qualified GP trainer, has already been closely involved with Bluebird Care Wiltshire North over the past year. Through staff training and the introduction of Health and Wellbeing Checks, he has helped strengthen our focus on proactive, person-centred care.
Together, Tom and James bring continuity, fresh perspective, and a shared commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care. Their vision is centred on supporting people to live safely, independently, and well at home, while continuing to build on the strong foundations already in place across our team.
This next chapter is about strengthening what matters most — compassionate care, trusted relationships, and putting people at the heart of everything we do.

Selena's 10 year celebrations!
Selina May embraces what it means to be a care professional - genuine, consistent, and compassionate. She’s adored by customers and colleagues alike, not just for her professionalism and skill, but for the warmth and kindness she brings to every visit. One customer recently said, “Selina took control! Two hours after she arrived, I’m now sat, comfortable, clean, and in awe of her care and efficiency… But most of all, she cares.” Whether she’s stepping in to help outside her usual schedule, with no fuss, or showing off her Bluebird tattoo (yes, really!), Selina makes her customers feel like family. In March we celebrated 10 years of service and she still goes above and beyond. Happy to have her on board.

Celebrating Jayne's 10 years!
Celebrating a decade of care with us in December 2024, Jayne Tucker continues to be a pillar of strength with a wealth of knowledge about care and compassion. Calm, capable and quietly confident, Jayne brings a sense of reassurance wherever she goes. She’s easily offers a listening ear, steps into new roles, or simply bringing her natural warmth into her customers' day. Her loyalty, kindness and gentle approach have made her a much-loved member of our team. Jayne continues to make a real difference, every day – and we are so grateful to have her.
