“Recently we were visited by our regional Quality Manager from the national Bluebird Care UK team. He carried out our annual compliance audit, conducting comprehensive checks on customer files, staff files and all aspects of record keeping within the office.

We would like to say a big thank you to our staff for their ongoing hard work and commitment, which is reflected in the feedback we received.”
