Melanie brings her nursing background, knowledge and skills to the service and strives to find new and innovative ways to meet the diverse needs of the community. Melanie is also experienced in running operations within the care sector always seeking ways to improve and expand services to provide comprehensive and flexible support packages .

Juliet
Director

Juliet plays a central role in the growth and development of the company, and is keen to ensure that all customers and staff of Bluebird Care share ideas to deliver the best in homecare services. Juliet has a very person centred approach and is experienced in team development and leadership.

 

Betty
Deputy Manager

Betty has responsibility for the efficient day to day running of our service. She is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable individuals throughout our local community. Betty leads our Office Support Team, and works to support our customers, and our team of Care Assistants, to ensure our service meets the very highest level of expectation.

Ann-Marie
Operations Manager

Ann-Marie brings a dedication and passion to lead and support our team to make Bluebird Care the very best provider of an excellent service. She assists across the board to drive development, focus on quality and compliance and lead innovation.
